Beef Steak Marinade
From the Kitchen of:
Pepper

Comments: Covers 4 eight-ounce steaks
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 garlic salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
Pour marinade into a ZiplocŪ Brand with Easy Zipper Gallon Size Storage Bag.
Place each steak into the bag and close.
Gently shake bag to cover each steak with marinade.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then grill.
